
Michèle Dennison is an HR and management development professional with a track record of adding value through others. She is an experienced consultant, senior manager and HR business partner and has designed and delivered many successful people management and development projects. Michèle’s background covers both operational and strategic HR management and development and she draws on experience from the private, public and third sectors, plus UK/international senior HR management expertise. Michèle spent six years as International HR Manager at Oxfam where she traveled extensively and delivered a number of global people management and change projects

She has written a number of publications on a range of people management and development issues including reward management, recruitment and retention, career transition and a trainer’s handbook. Her leadership development work has been featured as a good practice case study by the CIPD.
