Liz McGivern

An experienced and Accredited Master Practitioner Executive Coach and Consultant, Liz works with leaders, managers and professionals to develop individual and team capability with a focus on enabling enhanced performance and business contribution. Areas of expertise include managing change, employee engagement, executive coaching and mentoring, leadership, talent and career development.

Liz has a pragmatic style and through resourceful conversations as a Coach and Consultant, helps clients explore their key challenges in context and address their personal aspirations. She brings clear commercial focus, business and organisational understanding in her approach.

Liz has worked with organisations including, Marks and Spencer, Vodafone, Avon Cosmetics, Nationwide Building Society, Britannia, Barclays, LloydsTSB, Unipart, KPMG, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Coventry University, Association of Business Schools, The NHS, NES Education for Scotland, Sandvik and Severn Trent Water.

In her consulting practice she has designed and delivered attraction, engagement, retention, development, career, assessment, performance management, talent and leadership programmes and strategies, in the context of change and business transition. Working in partnership with a key client, her work has been recognised with a Times Higher Education Award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Leadership Development’

 As an accredited Master Practitioner Executive Coach, Mentor and thinking partner, Liz enables clients to see situations from different perspectives and encourages reflection, helping clients understand themselves and others better.
