Jacquie Findlay

Jacquie is a highly experienced HR Professional (FCIPD) and Management Consultant (CMC) who specialises in employment law, change management, TUPE transfers, relationship management, strategic development, restructures and redundancies, coaching and mentoring, employee relations and union environments.  She is also a non executive and has recruited non executives. 

 Jacquie has worked in private, not for profit and public sectors on a wide array of projects.  Before going freelance she was the HR Director of an international professional services organization.  She has worked for large blue chip organizations such as Ford, Royal Sun Alliance, and BAA.

 She is a pro-active leader and team player, an experienced and qualified project manager (PRINCE2) and is results orientated and customer focused.
