Doug Crawford

Doug Crawford has been a management consultant for over 20 years, following a successful career as a line manager with both Unilever and Rank Xerox. Prior to founding Cerus Consulting, he was a Director of a global specialist HR consultancy (The Hay Group) where he was responsible for retail sector leadership as well as managing the relationships with a number of major national and international client accounts. Doug has worked with numerous national and multi-national organisations, in the UK, Europe and Africa, and has extensive experience of working with public, private and not for profit organisations. He is an accredited NLP Business Practitioner and an experienced coach.  He has a BSc in Electronics from Cardiff University, an MBA from Durham Business School and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

His consulting expertise embraces employee engagement, talent management and competency development, reward and recognition, performance management, work measurement – including job evaluation and job families, organisational design and leadership development.

Doug has also developed a range of research based, web-enabled diagnostics to help organisations measure staff engagement & organisational health, provide competency-based 360º assessment and deliver online psychometric assessment and has pioneered the Resourceful Conversations approach to improving performance management.
