Engaged employees feel inspired, energised and motivated to give of their best and hence employee engagement is central to retaining key talent and to securing sustained high levels of individual, team and organisational performance.

But the way we lead, organise and manage people frequently results in disengaged, frustrated and demotivated individuals whose potential is underutilised and whose performance is sub optimal. Too often we adopt a rigid, mechanistic approach to people and organisations, particularly in times of uncertainty and change.
