Having employees who are ’fulfilled’ is central to the creation of a motivated, engaged, high
performing workforce. Yet most organisations have an incomplete picture of how fulfilled their employees are.
Employee opinion surveys are seldom based on a robust model of performance and consequently fail to explicitly identify the
areas to address that will have the biggest impact.
To do so requires real insights into the importance employees attach to, and
how they view, different aspects of the employee / employer relationship and the extent
to which their needs and aspirations are being fulfilled.
The CMPQ is a web-based survey which can provide these insights. It is based on extensive research into the psychological and sociological
underpinnings of employee engagement and motivation and the factors that are most highly correlated with performance and is underpinned by a robust and statistically validated model of ‘engagement’.

- The levels of pressure that employees are experiencing and the underlying factors that are responsible.
- The specific aspects of the employer / employee relationship that, if addressed, would have the biggest impact on motivation, engagement and performance, and the implications for a performance improvement / change strategy.
- The effectiveness of existing HR, management & organisational practices and which practices are adding the most value..
